Disappointed by the quality

I am highly disappointed by the quality. First lets come to the main product. The color/print quality is very dull. There is no brightness in the color. I really feel if the color would have been more bright, it would have looked awesome. Next, the Fridge magnet ordered along with it. That is really pathetic. It looks as if its a few years old product. Extremely worn out color. The only saving grace is that its a personlised face, hence the person receiving the gift would know that its not an old piece, else anyone would think that and old gift is been recycled after a few years. (You can see the difference clearly in the attached picture)
