my payment is suck ,so I message this team with screenshot , with in 3-4 minute they resolve it and after near 1 hour they show soft copy and his theme maker person directly send soft copy in whatsapp. They after 7 day I got my item that can be improved as per my view, packing is good, item is professioal and same as picture show in whatsapp, picture quality is nxt levl and wooden block is smooth and look like varnished with yellow color, my suggeston to your team – please increase delivery time 1-2 day lesser that would grate,other then this i am fully satisfied. i can say better then amazon sellarswooden material and at some point better then igp like show soft copy and directy contact with them maker person so i can do some changes as i want.
